WMC5 First Alert Weather App Reviews

There was an update release on July 2nd that moved the Hourly forecast button when viewing the map. it used to be right next to Weekly which made sense. Its no longer there. Can you please fix this in your next release? Thanks

Fantastic app! Love the street level radar!

I liked this app better before the early July upgrade. The placement of the "send" button between the "10-day" and "alerts" buttons doesnt make any sense. It seems most people would use the "hourly" button more often but now it is not one of the ones on the opening screen. Please correct this.

This app is horrible... Im a faithful WMCTV viewer in Memphis but your app doesnt load the radar image, half the time it doesnt send notifications... Piece of crap

I love WMC on the television in Memphis, but the weather app is usually very inaccurate. Download the Weather Channel App instead.

Thank you so much for giving Memphis their weather and news service we need! I reccomend getting this app if u r in the Memphis or north east Arkansas regions!

even with the updated iOS this app is incredibly slow, it usually takes gettin out of it a time or two before it will work. when it finally does work it takes forever for the radar to update. severe weather could come and go by the time this app lets you see anything. wouldnt recommend it, its just too slow to keep up with radar.

The app is great until you attempt to change the radar settings (like if you just want to see clouds on the radar map) it freezes and crashes every time I try it.

It need a new look and feel

Cant look at anything, it wont load for CRASHING, please fix!! I truly love the weather app before it was updated, and depend on it a lot for weather tracking especially when storms, and winter weather are a concern!! Please fix ASAP, thank you!!

Used to be a good app but since the latest update, it wont even open now. I now use Channel 3 s app. It works!

PLEASE RELEASE AN UPDATE FOR IPHONE 6 keeps crashing. I love your app but its frustrating.

The live stream is no longer available on my phone. I am wondering why?

This app needs an update every time I try to look at the weather I have to pray the app will stay open long enough for me to get a good weather report most of the time it just shut me out of the app it only started doing this when it was updated last

This latest update adds features which is a good thing. Unfortunately, at least one doesnt work. The option to watch live news video simply closes the app and returns the user back to an app screen. Will review this app again when fixed.

Ive use the Action News 5 Weather app for several years and have found it helpful. I really liked the ability to get a quick overview of current conditions and the 10 day forecast. This new update makes all that much less user friendly. The graphics are difficult to read with the low contrast text over a textured background. It might be attractive on a big screen but, on my phone out in daylight, the text is invisible. Im going to have to check to see if the other local stations still have an app that will give me the easy, quick information I want without the visual clutter.

Best weather app until update. Now it is the worst weather. Hate it. Some of my friends had it too. Now they hate it.

I loved the older version of this app, but, since the horrible update, its useless.

I live in west memphis and I heavily rely on this app to keep my family and I safe during bad weather. Please keep doing what youre doing.
